Reputational Risk in the Emergency Services
This emergency service management development program on Emergency Service Reputational Risk is comprised of four segments. First, a voice over slide powerpoint program provides you with the background on the issues and prevention measures surrounding reputational risk to your organization. Second, you will review the results of a symposium on Reputational Risk where more details on the concept, background, challenges and solutions are discussed. Third, review the sample policy on Social Media and implement a policy for your organization. Finally, take the assessment to determine your understanding of the issues facing you regarding reputational risk.
Many thanks to the Cumberland Valley Volunteer Fireman's Association and the Public Safety and Environmental Health Graduate program of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia for their work with VFIS in developing this next generation training program for the emergency service community. We encourage you to access the Cumberland Valley Volunteer Fireman's Association website (www.cvvfa.org) for more information and the VFIS website (www.vfis.com) to access sample standard operating guidelines on the various aspects of reputational risk.
